Not a film for the casual film goers. This film is very violent, and contains some very graphic sex scenes.

Christian Bale is absolutely “wicked”… ranting about pop music before he goes about hacking his victims to death with axes, chainsaws and knives…. The chainsaw part is both disturbing and funny, in a sick way.

There are some metephors and sarcasm lurking underneath the explicit material. And the ending just gets your mind spinning.

The feel of the 80s is accurately conveyed.

7/10, a bit on the evilish side and isn’t good for my stomach. Apart from that I enjoyed it.
