Bruce Willis appears as a drunk and dirty cop trying to salvage his life. The plot is full of cliches, and more than a few plot holess. The only thing close to interesting is watching Willis act drunk and numb for the majority of the film.
And the pace of the film is lacking also, therefore offering no entertainment value. Beyond redemption.
