The Last King of Scotland is a film of many facets and virtues. It is at once a fascinating biopic of a psychopathic dictator as well as a biting critique of the western world’s forays into Africa. It offers some splendid acting by its two charismatic leads (Forest Whitaker and James McAvoy), and the rich if noisy soundtrack accompanies the vivid cinematography, and together make for a fulfilling and content-rich two hours of film.

Closure. It’s not easy to come to terms with. For some people, it’s not easy to get. Especially when you’ve lost your memory, and yet you’re haunted by bits and pieces of your past. For a former black-ops agent known (belovedly, that is, by espionage fans and movie-goers around the world) as Jason Bourne, his past is his future, and the only destination he is headed is the beginning of it all. And in The Bourne Ultimatum, the third and final (maybe?) installment of the Bourne trilogy, he is finally ariving at closure.

下面要写一些看起来可能很好笑的文字。
可能有些好友已经知道了， 我最近感情生活发生了一些变故。这些事情，本来不宜放在网上说。然而我毕竟还是不成熟。又或者是我今天晚上，终于看开了。心情霍然开朗。
感情是无法强求的，既然变了，那就变了吧。具体的内容，有碍他人隐私，不必多说。情节挺离奇，又很典型。我一向是喜欢跌宕起伏的故事的，如今亲身经历了一把，果真很过瘾。
也许太爱幻想完美的结局，所以之前无法接受事实。本来事情已经平静了，然而这两天心情又有了波动，于是本着一贯的追求无悔的精神，又着实痛苦了一把。感情到了这个地步， 已经变味了。我所留恋的，只剩下那份感觉——说起来挺肉麻，就是年轻的那股纯真劲儿。
留恋没有任何意义，因为该过去的总会过去，该长大的总要长大。自己这次真的成人了（以后，大概也不会再写这样的文字了）。 对过去的青春，和那些势将日渐遥远的故事，无欲，无求。
I’m a big fan of anything that can help me do less and achieve the same results. That’s why I like experimenting with new ideas, though I don’t consider myself to be avant garde or an early adopter in general (I hope I were, but I know I’m not…)
One thing that I’m testing out right now is writing online, through web-based writers. I know Zoho and Google Docs are two of the generally considered leaders in this space. Zoho has a pretty much complete package, everything from word to excel to powerpoint (or should I say, word-processing to spreadsheets to slideshows… since there’s no affiliation with Microsoft). And the interface is well-done, making me wanting to write just for the sake of enjoying the process. However, there appears to be one problem: currently the publish function does not support self-hosted WordPress blogs, only the wordpress.com platform. That’s too bad.

Die Hard 4.0 is straight to the point. It’s a fast-paced action thriller that lives up to the series’ proud legacy, and Bruce Willis proves that even in a web2.0 age, he is not someone you want to mess around with.

自己知道这不是一个好注意，但近日的确时间较多，也需要找点事情做，于是重新翻出了初中时写的“长篇”。
其实可做的事情有很多，研究证券，找房子，准备将来的申请等等，但是很想把这些实际的事情都放一放。情感需要一个宣泄的空间，而那些事情只能转移注意力。
高中的时候写过爱情故事，大学的时候又写过。我也曾想，如今工作了，早晚也会有情绪再写的，甚至现在就是合适的时机。然而这次决定不写爱情。
